Connecting through trust and understanding.

Counseling

Taking the first step toward change takes courage, and I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s work together to help you embrace a new mindset and explore what’s possible for your best self.

My name is Porsché, and I’m a licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a passion for empowering people to live their fullest, most authentic lives. I’ve been a National Certified Counselor since 2016 and bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the work I do.

I’ve conducted evaluations, psychoeducation, group sessions, and one-on-one therapy to meet my clients where they are and foster meaningful growth.

I have experience working with the following populations/topics: Black, Hispanic, Women, work/corporate challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, anger issues, substance use, and court mandates.

Let’s create a collaborative relationship built on trust and understanding. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapy techniques, tailored to your unique goals and life experiences.

This is a no-judgment zone—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with all your thoughts, feelings, and dreams, and explore how to live the you truly deserve.
